Creative Connections: Pumpkin Painting & Movie @ First Colony Branch Fort Bend Library

Youth in grades 4-8 are invited to paint mini pumpkins and enjoy a viewing of Fantastic Mr. Fox. In this 2009 stop-motion animated comedy, a feud between a wily fox (voiced by George Clooney) and three mean-spirited farmers escalates into a battle between the farmers and a community of cunning animals. Mr. Fox is torn between family responsibility and the thrill of midnight adventure. Other voices include Meryl Streep, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe, and Bill Murray. This Oscar-nominated family film is rated PG. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Materials for this program were made possible by the Friends of First Colony Branch Library. This program is geared for youth in grades 4-8.
