Empower Your Exercise: Fitness and Your Postpartum Self

A free educational session with Brittany Sudbrook, PT, founder of Empower Pelvic Health and Catherine Seifert, PT, DPT. This session will be in-person and include: common postpartum pelvic floor injuries, lifting and running techniques to reduce injury, and a ready to return to exercise body mechanics assessment tool. Coffee, water and pastries will be provided.
What to bring: Running shoes and yoga mat.
