We had the lovely opportunity to chat with Ashley Warren, a local Pearlander and realtor with Shelly Naiser Properties to talk about being a working mom and the booming local real estate in Pearland!
Ashley is married with three kiddos that she chauffeurs to soccer, dance, and gymnastics. While the kids are at school, you can find her teaching Zumba at a couple local gyms. She graduated from Texas A&M, class of 2004 with a degree in Sociology.
Three years ago, her neighbor convinced her to get a Real Estate License and join her
company, Shelley Naiser Properties. With her youngest in his last year of preschool, it was the right time to get back into work and Ashley couldn’t be happier. She is a full service Realtor, but her absolute favorite part of the job is showing homes. Ashley specializes in the west side of Pearland although she has clients all over the Houston area. “It is so rewarding helping people find their dream homes!”
