Saturday Stargazing- George Observatory

Explore the night sky on the upper deck of the Observatory with constellation laser tours, a combination of deck and dome telescopes, and captured camera feeds. Amateur and staff astronomers will guide you on your journey through the heavens, whether you are looking at planets in our solar system or deep sky objects out in space. Don’t miss our Milky Way Exhibit area inside, featuring the moon, meteorites and more!

Hours of Operation: Open Saturday Nights Year Round, weather permitting. Ticketholders will be emailed parking & check-in details, and contacted in the event of inclement weather. Last Entry 10pm

If the skies are overcast, we will present our Cloudy Night Program, featuring previously acquired images, telescope dome tours and talks by expert docents. We only cancel for rain, and will contact ticketholders by email and phone with next steps.
