Megan Heard is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch- Galveston in 2009. Megan’s care philosophy includes providing a patient- centered relationship, where together, an individual care plan is developed based off each patients goals of care.
We’ve visited Arbre De La Vie many times lately and we can’t seem to stay away. Everyone is so nice! And not only nice, they are really cool to hang out with! Our Beauty & Bites event has sadly been postponed but as soon as we can start getting out and about we will reschedule and announce a new date!
How many children do you have and what are their ages?
2 daughters. Addie (age 7) Piper (age 4)
Spouse/Partner? How did you meet?
Married to Bobby. We are high school sweethearts. We met when I was 15 and he was 16. We love traveling the world together!
How long have you lived in Pearland? What made you decide to live here?
We have been living in Pearland for 13 years. We moved here when I was going to school in Galveston at UTMB and my husband was working over by Hobby. We were looking for a family friendly area where we both could have a reasonable commute. We immediately fell in love with the Pearland area.
Where’s your favorite place to eat and/or shop in your Pearland?
We enjoy Happy Hour at Killen’s. I love shopping at AT Home.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I love scuba diving. I have been diving since I was 13. So far my favorite place to dive has been the Great Barrier Reef.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
Still trying to get through it. LOL. Grateful for my parents and great support with my friend.
How has the Pearland community been instrumental in getting you where you are now?
I feel Pearland has a very small town feel. Honest, friendly people who are genuine. I love networking and talking to this community.
Where do you go locally for pampering or a Moms night out?
Nail salons and looking for a place with a good outdoor sitting area for Mom’s night’s out.

We opened in 2011 as an Internal Medicine Clinic and launched our Medical Spa 2017. We have enjoyed being able to offer comprehensive care from both a medical and aesthetic approach. We currently offer multiple services including: body contouring, laser hair, skin resurfacing, tattoo removal, botox, filler, laser assisted liposuction, feminen rejuvenation and more.
